Owner’s Spotlight: Connie Graham

I’m Connie Graham, a mortgage broker in Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Alberta with Axiom Mortgage Solutions Inc.

My journey as a mortgage broker began in September 2004 with the aim to make it easier for others to achieve their dreams. I plan on being there at every step of the way helping you discover creative financing options, identify your exact requirements, and handle complicated transactions. Guiding you towards financial independence is my primary focus, and I work hard to get you to your life goals.

Over the past couple of years, I have noticed that at this particular point in time qualifying for a mortgage is tougher than ever. You need a great mortgage broker to help you navigate the new mortgage rules and plan for home ownership. As an experienced mortgage broker, I have specialized in a variety of mortgage services like mortgage refinance, divorce mortgage, mortgage renewal, and more.

I enjoy dealing with clients over the life of their mortgage. What I like the most is that I get to see how their family has grown and help them with life decisions and planning for the future. I believe in taking time to empower clients with the knowledge to make good mortgage decisions.

Regardless of what you may hear, mortgages are not simple, but good intentions go a long way. As your mortgage expert, my job is to stay informed, and I intend always to do my best to earn your trust.

My most satisfying experiences in this business are always when clients come back to me to help them make more mortgage decisions, or when they recommend my services to their friends and family.

When I am not at work, I love to walk my dogs, practice yoga, travel and read. These things lift my mood and keep me positive. Another passion of mine is donating a portion of every mortgage commission to the Realtors Community Foundation (www.realtorscommunityfoundation.com) which supports community charity groups. It’s just another way I like helping people achieve their dreams.
