- Assist in changes to your mortgage, including changing your payment amount, frequency etc. I may even contact you mid-term to re-evaluate your mortgage and possibly save you money.
- Mortgage Renewal: when your initial term is up, I can help you to decide what your best renewal options are. Banks don’t often offer the best rates to existing clients, we may want to consider moving your mortgage to a new lender at renewal in order to save you some money.
- Advice on how to pay off your mortgage as quickly as possible
- Helping you with consolidating debt to lower your monthly payments by refinancing your mortgage or possibly adding a line of credit.
- Advising you through any difficult times, eg. loss of work, decrease in income, divorce
My advice is available to you long term, even after you’ve paid off your mortgage. Your home is a lifelong investment, but your mortgage shouldn’t be.
