Connie was amazing to work with! In this current seller's market, my husband and I missed out a couple of times on houses we were looking at/putting offers on, and Connie just took it in stride. Three or four times, she gave us advice on different homes, until we finally found the one that we ended up buying. She was incredibly patient! Even after the mortgage is closed, she will contact us if she sees we could potentially save money by making changes (i.e. significant changes in interest rates, etc.).
